Rescheduling and Cancellation
We understand that life happens – we kindly ask that you request to reschedule your appointment by emailing BenefitsConsulting@BenefitsBasicsPlus.Com (for New Hire Enrollment, Open Enrollment, and Qualifying Life Event Enrollment consultations) or LeavesConsulting@BenefitsBasicsPlus.Com (for Parental Leave of Absence, Medical Leave of Absence, and Caregiving Leave of Absence consultations) at least 24 hours before your originally scheduled appointment time. We will work with you to find a new date/time that best fits your schedule.
If you are unable to contact us to reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance of your originally scheduled appointment time, your consultation session will be cancelled, and you will be unable to obtain a refund. If you contact us to reschedule within 24 hours of your originally scheduled appointment time, you will be unable to obtain a refund, but you will have the ability to reschedule at a reduced cost of $25.00.
Your time is valuable. We want to ensure that the full 30/60-minute consultation is available to discuss your benefits and answer all your questions. If you have not joined the scheduled meeting within the first 15 minutes, we will cancel the session, and you will need to reschedule at the full cost of service.
At this time, we do not offer refunds for cancelled services.
